The following terms and conditions outline the agreement entered into by yourself (referred to as 'you', 'yourself') and us (referred to as 'Quality Motorhomes', 'us', 'our'). These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yourself and us and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether verbal or in writing, relating to this website or the Service.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits made to secure vehicles (car rentals or motorhomes) are non-refundable.
***Once full payment has been made - various cancellation fees will apply. Please contact us for cancellation details on the specific vehicle that you will be hiring. If you are a “no show” there is 100% cancellation fee.
**We strongly urge our clients to have good travel insurance which offers cover in the event of an emergency***
We will not be held responsible for delays to travel plans - e.g. weather conditions, plane delays, illness etc. Another reason why it is so important to have good travel insurance!

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices for products and services listed on this website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We have provided a currency converter in the checkout section for your convenience. The currency converter provides an indicative conversion based on the current exchange rate. It does not provide an exact conversion into your currency nor does it predict the exact amount that will be charged. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged according to the exchange rate at the time the transaction takes place.

CHEQUE PAYMENT
If you pay by cheque, you will be required to settle your account in New Zealand dollars. Cheques must be written in English and made payable to "Quality Motorhomes". Cheques sent from locations outside New Zealand must be a bank cheque or money order for the full amount, including shipping, in New Zealand dollars.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
If you are an International Customer purchasing from outside New Zealand, taxes and customs clearance costs at the country of destination are your responsibility.

ACCURACY
We have taken care to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and current. However, we accept no responsibility in cases where a genuine error has taken place either in the description of a product, its price or information relating to any other service that we provide. We reserve the right to refuse to sell you a product if there is a dispute relating to the attributes or price of a product.

PRIVACY POLICY
Please note that we collect and retain information about visitors to the site. If you purchase products from the site we will collect and retain personal information including your name, telephone number and address. We will not disclose this information to any individual or company other than those who require the information to process your order. You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you and to correct or delete such information from our database.

If you are a New Zealand 'customer' as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 then you are protected by the said Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under this Act.

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall be under no liability - to the Customer in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of this Agreement, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God; natural disasters; sabotage; accident; riot; shortage of supplies, equipment, materials; strikes and lockouts; civil commotion; computer hacking; or malicious damage.
